Can I return an item?

Please contact our Customer Service department via eBay messages if you need to return a product. You will then be provided with instructions on how to proceed. We will refund or exchange goods, provided they are in re-saleable condition and you have your original proof of purchase. I received a damaged order, what can I do?

If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify our Customer Service department within 5 days of receipt of your order and follow their instructions for return.



Can you send to a family member as a present?

Yes off course, you will need to contact us prior to purchase to make sure we have the correct details.
