Wrapped in a specially decorated and printed bookcase style package, the “Silver Streak Zephyr” will be a complete classic named train in a single box, containing both the E5A locomotive “Silver Bullet” (complete with prototypical skirted trucks) and the five-car consist that made up this CB&Q streamlined and corrugated train.

Also releasing this October, for modelers looking to supplement their fleet of locomotives for pulling the “California Zephyr”, Kato USA will be releasing additional individual E5 locomotives, without the distinctive skirting that would have been present when they were first built, making them appropriate for pulling later era CB&Q trains!
