We are different from other sellers, we once was a business with 8 staff and at the top of the market, we were named DaoGraphics, currently we have 2 staff and are below all of the international cheap pvc prints that you see so we really appreciate your business, you have most likely been duped into buying  a cheap pvc print in the past, we want to supply you with your forever wall sticker, the wall sticker where you say wow that is beautiful, and not think "oh that looks cheap" you get what you pay for, there is a quote that  rings true with wall stickers:

"To pay too much is foolish, but to pay too little is worse"

Our primary goal as a business is to keep you as a customer delighted so you remember us and come back.

When our items are finished by hand after computer cutting for quality checks i tell our guys to ask themselves "would you be happy to have that in your home?"

Our prices run along side our shipping, if you see an item that is a little more expensive this is because it is a little more expensive to ship, where possible we have made adjustments to items in order to save you money, an example would be an item being split into 2 pieces so it can go into smaller packaging, same result, same finish but cheaper cost to you.

Postage is Free to the UK, and with 10 years experience selling wall stickers you can rest assured the packaging will be secure.

If you are unhappy with your item for whatever reason you can return the product, we offer a 100% satisfaction gaurantee.

If a mistake is made by us a no quibbles or fuss replacement will be issued promptly.

If an item is lost we will issue a special delivery replacement, please note if you claim an item is lost it is not our policy to then refund no matter what the reason, this policy is in place to prevent fraud as we had an unusual increase in buyers taking advantage of us a few years ago conveniently "i have bought from elsewhere now" when a replacement was offered. 

Do not buy from elsewhere if your order is lost, we will not refund you, we will only offer a replacement.

All this being said, check our feedback, lost parcels/returns are not a common occurance. we have to write the above to reassure you should the worst happen we are a business that will not see you out of pocket.
