INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

All Video Media (VHS/BETA, LD,DVD, and BluRay) are all formatted for playback in North America and some other regions based on media type unless otherwise listed in the listing. We will not honor any returns for any of these items if ordered and not compatible with your playback device.

Shipping

THIS ITEMS DEFAULT SHIPPING METHOD IS VIA USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL

Other shipping methods are available, contact us prior to end of sale for any costs associated with your desired shipping method, if it is not included in the listing.

Payment

All Buy It Now payments are due at confirmation of sale. Pay-Pal E-Checks are now accepted on Buy It Now purchases, but MUST be set up at check-out, or eBay may cancel the order.

3 and 7 Day Auction Items are due within 7 calendar days after auction ends. Pay Pal E-Checks are accepted on all auction purchases (including International) and MUST be set up within 24 hours after auction ends. E-Check Payments may take 4 – 7 days to transfer (6 – 11 days international)  All items will ship within 1 - 2 business days AFTER we receive notification from PayPal that the funds have transferred to our account.  DO NOT use PayPal E-Check as form of payment if you are wanting your item quickly, as they will not ship for up to 2 days after we receive verification of transferred funds. 

Shipping Options

We use USPS on most items. Heavier/larger items will ship via UPS or FEDEX.

Unless otherwise noted, all items ship via FIRST CLASS MAIL. Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express upgrade options are available. (Including International Shipments)

We DO NOT use DHL eCommerce, FedEx SmartPost, or UPS Mail Innovations as they are too slow. You should have your items within 3 – 12 business days after we ship, depending on shipping method used.

MULTIPLE ITEM SHIPMENT

Since all of our smaller items include shipping and handling in the price of the item, there is no need to offer a shipping discount for a multiple item order. Orders of 3 or more items, or orders weighing over 16 oz. will be upgraded to the next level of shipping service (First Class to Flat Rate Priority Mail)   

MEDIA MAIL – We only use Media Mail on printed or bulky and/or heavy pre-recorded material (books/ audio or video box sets/Record albums.

All items ship within 2 business days after payment is when received by 5 PM Pacific Time   

(Items paid after 5 PM are considered paid the next business day) If submitting payment after 5 PM and you need the item to be GUARANTEED shipped the next business day, a Rush fee of $ 3 is required.  Items paid for between 5 PM Thursdays -  5 PM Saturdays, will be shipped the following Monday*

THERE WILL BE NO SHIPPING ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 20, 2017

*If a holiday or holiday observance by USPS or any other carrier occurs during the 2 day handling period, the order will ship the following business day after regular service resumes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

All International Shipments are sent out twice a week. Tuesdays and Thursdays. In the event of a U.S. Holiday falling on either of those days, the shipment will go out the next business day ( Except those items that would be shipping out on Thanksgiving Thursday. Items scheduled to ship on that Thursday will be shipped the following Saturday) International Tracking numbers may be provided to you but some countries postal system may not scan parcels.

TRACKING

All items shipped by Mezcal28 will include Delivery Confirmation Tracking.  The carrier, NOT Mezcal28, is responsible for updating all tracking of parcels. You may log into the carrier’s website and request tracking updates through their system. Not all carriers update frequently and some International carriers may not or cannot update packages that originated in the U.S.

HANDLING CHARGES

Standard Shipping and Handling Charges are added to all orders and are already included in the items price. Additional handling charges, when necessary,  will be added and automatically included in the final price of your item at checkout. This includes all International parcels.

INSURANCE AND SHIPPING CHANGES

All items shipped USPS Priority Mail are insured free up to $50.00 in value.  For insurance on all other USPS services or UPS/FedEx, please see payment instructions. If Insurance is requested after order payment is made,  A $1.00 transaction fee, in addition to the actual insurance cost, will be added to all post-payment insurance requests to cover the PayPal fees charged for the separate invoice. Changes must be requested within 8 hours after initial payment is made and orders cannot be insured after they have been processed.

INSURANCE NOT AVAILABLE ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Orders are shipped to the address provided by eBay and/or PayPal. If you need your item shipped to another address, please furnish that address with the payment information. If you desire a shipping method upgrade of any kind, requests must be made within 8 hours after receiving payment.   A $1.00 transaction fee, in addition to the actual postage cost, will be added to all post-payment shipping  requests to cover the PayPal fees charged for the separate invoice. Changes cannot be made once the order is processed.
