These appear to be in good used condition and may only need polishing for show. The felt/weatherstripping should be replaced as parts of it are missing. They were removed from a 1967 and I assume they are the same for 1966 but confirm they are correct for your application prior to purchase. Please use the zoom feature to closely inspect pictures.
