Gorgeous dress, never worn other than to try it on. The arms are a black mesh with the lovely blue Embroidered details. Size 8 or XS 

On the chains of the skirt, some of the thread has come loose. This may not matter depending on fit, otherwise it's a very simple loose stitch may needed. I have added a photo to show this.
