PLAYBOY - First Issue Reprint from 2007– CGC Graded 9.9

VOL. 1, NO. 1 DECEMBER 1953 REPRINT ISSUE

 MARILYN MONROE IN HER FAMOUS PLAYBOY DEBUT

This is an exact reprinting of the entire December 1953 Volume 1 Issue 1 Playboy Magazine.  It has been given a Universal Grade of 9.9 by the CGC, the Certified Guaranty Company.

This issue is an almost exact replica of Vol. 1 No. 1.  Two minor differences identify it as a reprinted issue: It has a three-staple binding unlike the original two staples back in ’53 .  Also, the black rectangle in the upper right-hand corner extends to the upper edge whereas the original has a square 3/8" down from the top edge.
