We aim to describe items in as much detail as possible as well as using a high number of quality photos and sometimes video. This way you can be confident that the item you receive is as described, and that there are no surprises. Shipping Information
We endeavour to dispatch items on the day of purchase. However, as this is not always possible and we can only guarantee dispatch within 3 working days from the time and date of purchase. We typically use Hermes Tracked (3-5 days) for delivery but if you would like a faster service then please contact us. We also offer collection on all of our items.
Collection
We offer collection on all of our items. If an item is marked as collection only it is most likely due to a large size or weight, however, if you would like to discuss the possibility of the item being delivered then please contact us. There is often the option for us to deliver personally, if you are local to us, or use an alternative courier that handles large or heavy items.
Returns
We accept returns on items that have been delivered if they are unused and in the original condition. The buyer has 14 days after receiving the item to return it. Buyer pays for tracked delivery. Please let us know if you wish to return your item and we will let you know the delivery instructions. We do not accept returns on items that have been collected in person or returns on items different to the one delivered.
