IF YOU DO NOT DO ONE OF THESE METHODS, WE CAN NO LONGER REFUND shipping overages as Ebay NEVER refunds us and charges a percentage to us on the shipping charges AS DOES PAYPAL. That is why we charge a handling fee of $1.50 so the shipping costs do no come out of our ALREADY LOW PRICES. Ebay takes & keeps their portion at the time of the sale as does paypal so as Sellers we are out that money.
