Seiko watches that are 5 years old or more may run fine during the day but stop at night especially when they become inactive. The most likely cause is that the capacitor has reached the end of it's useful lifespan. Seiko capacitors have now become obsolete and have been replaced with a Lithium-ion rechargeable power cell. Your watch will probably benefit from a capacitor upgrade. Upgrades can cost anything up to £100 in the high street. For those that feel they are competent enough to change their capacitor we can offer a replacement kit with Genuine Seiko Lithium-ion rechargeable power cell, Part No. 302324X The kit comprises of the following items
This upgrade kit is suitable for the following Seiko model
Movement numbers can be found on the back of your watch Once upgraded you will find your Seiko Kinetic watch holding its charge for months
I am happy to combine multiple items to save on postal and packing costs. Thank You
