• 2 Covers (one with PCMCIA expansion pack, and another for extended battery)

• AC Adapter
• Universal Sync Cradle/Charger
• Extra Stylus
• 2 expansion Li-ion battery packs (one regular and one extended); had some trouble getting them to hold a charge; they will likely need to be replaced.
