Damaged Items:

  • If the item you receive is damaged, you will need to report this to us within 3 days of receiving the item, you may be asked for further proof for us to give you a replacement or refund. We will notreplace or refund an item if it has been damaged after use.
  • All covers are in a sealed plastic see through bag. Please ensure you report the damage before removing the item from the sealed pouch as this shows the item has not been used.
