On Shipping:

Tracking - Please make sure to notify us if you would like to look into shipping options that are not offered in the listing. The most economical option listed generally does not include a tracking number. Small Packet Air and Small Packet Surface do not include tracking. Tracked Packet is the most economical means to ship a package from Canada if tracking is required. Although shipping in and from Canada is expensive, it has been reliable for us, this being said, if you select a shipping option that does not include tracking, we cannot be held accountable for items that are lost in the postal system (check our feedback, you can be sure your item will be sent as promised). If you have an item that is taking longer to arrive than expected, contact us, we always save the postal receipts and we can provide you with a picture of the receipt that would show the date the item was sent, with your ZIP/Postal code. Shipping to the US takes 2 - 3 weeks on average, but varies to either side. Tracked Packet is 7 business days. For Canadian customers, Xpresspost is 3 business days across the country.
