This is  comfy waterproof pull up diaper cover warn over diaper or use as an underwear. Great extra protection. Wide crotch gives you room for comfort.  It has fold over elastic on the leg area to give snug fitting.  At waist area it has cotton trim.  The top couple of inches are cotton fabric with blue in star design.   When you wear it out and bending, you do not have to worry about someone seeing plastic pants as it has cotton trim.  Because of cotton trim you feel soft at the waist area.
