Customer satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not perfectly satisfied with your item feel free to contact us for the return address. We offer you a refund or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. The item(s) must be unworn, washed and in perfect condition, with all labels attached. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
We will give you refund for the item after receiving the item.

Please note that although this is a second hand item it is being sold in excellent used condition, washed and steamed. Always read our descriptions carefully before purchase. We try and describe all our items in detail and as honestly as possible to list all known imperfections. Our items do not come in new unworn condition.
Some items are also larger than our displayed mannequin and may have been pinned to show the ideal fit. Always check measurements carefully before purchase. Measurements are taken flat, un-stretched.
Payments should be made within three days of auctions end (unless other agreement has been made with us).
