Payment

All payments should reach us within 4 days of the auction conclusion.

Your Credit Card and PayPal accounts MUST BE A USA or Canada account with matching shipping and billing addresses and clear CVS (Check Verification Services) in Channel Advisors checkout.

A Delivery Signature is Required on all Orders that are $250.00 or more and shipping may be slightly higher.

We may re-list the unpaid item after 14 days. We have many "Duplicate items" and they are listed immediately after each auction sale.

If you have difficulties paying for the item, try bypassing the auction page by going to your "My eBay" page and using the "Pay Now" button located next to your item. Always call us at 623-580-1900 or email us , for any help or questions you may have about the payment.

Shipping

We strive to ship from the Phoenix area in one business day after payment is received from PayPal. You will then receive shipping confirmation and tracking via eBay email.

Flat rate shipping is free to any USA city and outside the USA it is done with USPS unless listed differently.

No shipping refunds are paid by the Seller.

Returns & Exchanges

Item returned with return authorization for exchange or refund must arrive undamaged, unaltered and with all original shipped materials to receive the full credit less a restock fee that is the greater of $3.00 or 10% of the bid/purchase price within 30 days. New Exchanged item shipping is $5.00 to any USA city, $14.00 to Canada and $23.00 to any other city. Refunds are paid to a Buyers PayPal account only. PayPal account information MUST accompany the returned eBay item. Exchange amounts due, if any for the restock, re-ship and cost difference for the exchange item, must be by cash/PayPal or USPS cash method before the exchange item is shipped.
