We will dispatch the item on the same day of payment received , Item will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Delivery, it normally takes 1-2 working days for the parcel to arrive, we will notify you by email once the item is dispatched.
Should you wish to return a non-faulty item; all items can be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in a saleable condition and in the original packaging with all labels and tags still attached. Please allow up to 3 working days from receipt of your product to receive your refund.Should your item develop a fault, please contact us and we will endeavor to replace it. Should a direct replacement not be available, we will refund the value of the item to you. We are able to offer exchanges.The further postage cost will be applicable for the exchange.
