You have 14 days after your item is delivered to ask for a refund. I will determine the date that the item arrived using Postal Service Delivery Confirmation. You, the Buyer, will have to pay for the shipping costs and delivery confirmation to return the item to me. Only after I receive the items in the same condition in which I sent them shall your refund be sent. You are welcome to contact me before payment if you would like to choose to pay extra for shipping insurance - I will then include the cost of shipping insurance on your invoice (approximately $1.50 - $2.50 for most items)
