Antique French Look-  Belton Type Doll- 14" Antique Clothing

Doll was purchased from the estate of an avid doll collector.  She has a bisque closed dome head and a French jointed composition/wood body with factory original finish.  Head has a factory mold flaw near the earlobe. She has a closed mouth with white space between her lips.  I can't read the markings on her head but I'm guessing it's the size number.    She has beautiful blue eyes and nice coloring.

Her antique outfit has fabric melting. The dress is yellow and black material and has something like a vest that hooks in the back behind the bow.  The dress has 5  buttons down the back and is missing the 6th.  Dress is sewn closed and I've only removed the stitching to the middle of the back. Below the buttons, the dress has several rows of ruffles that extend to the hem. The underclothing includes a slip and pantaloons. There may be other pieces that I'm unable to see.  She is wearing socks that have a few small holes and black shoes with ties.  The hat is outstanding and has velvet ties, yellow feathers, and yellow flowers in the back.  When removing her hat, her wig comes off and I can see it's soft curly blonde hair.  She is also wearing one yellow earring.

I've not removed her clothing but have taken photos underneath and will be happy to answer questions and send additional pictures.
I'm currently listing other dolls from this estate sale so please check my antique doll listings.
