WOW!  100% COMPLETE including TREM ARM!!!

This is a vintage late 1960's or early 1970's Apollo 'Custom Six' Electric Guitar.  This brand was used by St. Louis Music.  SLM also imported guitars branded Electra and had a long standing relationship with the Matsumoku factory.  This guitar was made in Japan, MIJ, most likely by Matsumoku.  It is in good solid condition for it's age.  It has bumps, dings, scuffs, scratches, finish checking, etc. The guitar is complete and all original with the exception of the pickguard.  The original guard was MIA.  I have added a vintage Japanese guard salvaged from a similar make and model, so looks perfect.  ALL the electronics work and are original.  As are the tuners, tremolo, bridge, knobs, strap buttons, etc.  Aside from the normal wear, there are two issues that I feel need mentioned.  These hollow body guitars are notorious for having problems around the neck pocket and neck pickup cavity.  The body around the neck pocket was repaired at some point and the binding is not exactly back in line.  Actually nice, solid work on a difficult repair.  Also, there is an area on the neck behind the second fret that has more than normal wear.  The guitar plays great and sounds awesome.  Check out the 'CUSTOM SIX' insert on the Bigsby.  It comes with the thickly padded gig bag case you see in the pictures.

Features include:  chrome plated hardware, covered tuners, 22 fret neck, bound rosewood finger board w/ pearly block markers, 2 pickups with adjustable poles, 2 volume controls, 2 tone controls, 3 way PU selector switch , Bigsby style tremolo, black body finish.  The set up on this guitar is nice.  The truss rod works as it should and the neck is straight.  The electronics work.  I have completely serviced the guitar... cleaned and polished the body and neck, cleaned the controls (no scratchy pots), cleaned/conditioned the fingerboard, polished the frets, installed new strings (Fender 10-46), adjusted the neck tilt, the bridge, intonation, etc...  There is still some room for adjustments, but I have this playing about as good as it gets for what it is.  THIS IS A VERY COOL OLD GUITAR!!
