Items are usually already removed from their respective vehicles' and are ex stock. This means that delivery is usually quick an hassle free. If ordering more than one part, postage charges can often be reduced but this depends on size and weight. Please ask about postage discounts before committing to buy. Collection is available from us by arrangement if you prefer.
Please note however, quoted prices for postage are MAINLAND UK only, excluding Highlands & Islands. Please ask for a postage quote if this applies to you. Will ship overseas but this will obviously incur additional postage costs. Additionally, please check your consignment for damage WHEN SIGNING as damage claims cannot otherwise be entertained.
We currently accept Paypal, credit/debit cards, cash, bankers draft, postal orders and cheques (clearance required prior to dispatch).
Guarantee & Returns
In general, most parts are covered for 30 days from date of sale. All parts are marked by us in case of return; however in the unlikely event that you experience a problem, either a replacement part will be issued or, should a replacement not be available then a refund, including postage costs, will be given.
Guarantee covers parts only and labour claims cannot be entertained.

Feedback is the cornerstone of any eBay business; however new or old. We will endeavour to leave positive feedback once this has been received. The reason for this is that we don't consider the transaction to be complete until you are happy. We will do our upmost to ensure this is the case on each and every occasion.

The eBay system is designed, quite rightly, to promote buyer confidence and it will lead you down a path to 'open a case' against the seller in order to resolve the problem. We will ALWAYS resolve your issue but would ask that you call us in order to do so. Should we not meet your requirements, you can always 'open a case' afterwards - but you will NEVER need to.
Opened eBay cases now count against sellers and they receive a 'defect point' for every opened case, even if the seller resolves the issue with the buyer.
