99.9% pure copper wire in a dead soft temper.  Melting point 1981 degrees F.  Order dead soft for bead wraps. This wire resembles a new penny when clean. It will tarnish slowly over time. It can be kept bright with any commercial cleaner, such as Cameo. It can be oxidized with commercial products such as Jax or liver of sulfur. You can them buff it to highlight it.
