Delivery
1.Once your order has been despatched you will receive an e-mail from us with confirmation together with a tracking number. If you do not receive this e-mail within 5 working days of us receiving your cleared funds, please send an e-mail through ebay.
2.Your order will normally be despatched within 2 working days (Monday to Friday) of receipt of cleared funds. Please allow up to 10 days for a cheque to clear
3.Delivery costs are additional (unless specified as ?included? in the product description) and the amount you will pay is itemised in the product description.

4.Upon conclusion of the auction or Buy It Now process you will be sent an e-mail with our Checkout instructions.

Warranty, Returns & Technical Support
11.All items include a 30 day Warranty, unless otherwise stated above. (Normally in the item description)
12.Any warranted items must be returned in the original packaging. Please retain all packaging materials until the warranty period has ended.
13.Warranty returns are subject to approval via email before the defective item is return shipped. Customers are responsible for return postage and insurance. We will ship your repaired or replaced item at no cost to you. Unless otherwise stated above. In cases where no defect is found, the purchaser will be assessed a testing fee and return shipping cost.
14.Warranties cover hardware only. Software problems are not covered unless caused by defective hardware.
15.The manufacturer may warrant new items and some used items. Items with a manufacturer warranty should be returned to the manufacture.
16.Functionally defective products will be repaired or exchanged if the defect is reported during the warranty period. Used and refurbished items are warranted to be fully functional and usable for their intended purpose. Cosmetic problems and compatibility with other hardware or software is not covered under this warranty. A defect is considered to be cosmetic when it does not impair the functionality of a product.
17.There are no other warranties, expressed or implied
