DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

All domestic shipments will be sent with tracking via USPS. Items normally ship by the next business day, once payment is received. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

International shipments will be sent via USPS. Estimated delivery times: Canada 1-2 weeks. UK & Australia 2 weeks, all other destinations 2-4 weeks. All buyers will receive proof of shipment. Tracking is provided for the following countries only: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Great Britain, Ireland, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Scotland, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

• Please note - Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying  These charges are normally collected by the delivering shipping company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. I am not able to mark shipments as a 'gift', all shipments will be marked 'merchandise'.

REFUNDS / RETURNS

Returns are accepted. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of delivery. Shipping fees are not refundable. Buyer pays return shipping. Refund will be given as money back via PayPal. Refund will be issued once the item is received. Item must be returned in the exact condition as when it was sold. Contact me before returning the item to receive a return address and any necessary information. Please track and insure the return. Contact me with tracking information once sent.
