Das berühmte Tonabnehmersystem von EMT, das TSD 15, wird in einem Gehäuse aus Druckguss-Aluminium als komplette Einheit passend für die EMT Tonarme EMT 929 und EMT 997 geliefert. Manche Anwender benutzen nun dieses originale EMT Druckguss-Alumium-Gehäuse, um z. B. Magnetsysteme einzubauen. Dies ist jedoch nicht ganz einfach, da man beschränkte Platzverhältnisse vorfindet. Die Verwendung von Druckguss-Aluminium für das Gehäuse wurde von EMT ganz bewusst gewählt und hat seine Berechtigung, denn es gewährleistet eine möglichst neutrale Abtastung der Schallplatten. Eine neutrale Abtastung war immer das angestrebte Ziel von EMT-Schallplattenabspielmaschinen.
The famous EMT pickup system, the TSD 15, is delivered in a die-cast aluminum body as a complete unit suitable for the tone arms EMT 929 and EMT 997.
Some users now use this original EMT die-cast aluminum housing, for example, to install magnetic systems. This is not easy, however, since limited space is available. The use of die-cast aluminum for the housing was deliberately selected by EMT and is justified because it ensures a most neutral sampling of the records. A neutral sampling always was the target of EMT record players.
Das hier angebotene Tonabnehmer-Leergehäuse TDU aus dem Hause Studiotechnik Dusch (siehe unsere Webseite) ist eine Entwicklung, welche das erwähnte Anforderungsprofil aufgrund seines Aluminium-Druckguss-Gehäuses wie beim EMT Leergehäuse gänzlich erfüllt, nämlich eine neutrale Abtastung. Eine neutrale Abtastung über Jahrzehnte ist gewährleistet, da das Gehäuse formstabil und somit unempfindlich gegenüber Feuchtigkeit und Temperaturschwankungen ist.
Zusätzlich hat man erweiterte Platzverhältnisse im Vergleich zum originalen EMT Druckguss-Alumium-Gehäuse und eine Langlochbefestigung, um einen optimalen tangentialen Spurfehlwinkel einstellen zu können.
Die Anschlussdrähte mit den Steckhülsen erlauben ein einfaches Montieren der Tonabnehmersysteme.
The pickup empty case “TDU”, offered by Studiotechnik Dusch (see our website) is a development that fully meets the mentioned requirements profile due to its aluminum die-cast housing. A neutral sampling, as in the case of the EMT empty housing, is achieved. Neutral sampling is guaranteed over decades because of the fact that the housing is shape stable and therefore insensitive to humidity and temperature fluctuations.
In addition there are extended space ratios compared to the original EMT die-cast aluminum housing and a long hole mounting in order to be able to adjust an optimal tangential tracking angle error. The connection wires with receptacles allow simple mounting of the pickup systems.
