All orders received and paid for by 2pm weekday (Monday to Friday) would be despatched same day.

Overseas combine shipping avaiable. Please ask for details as each country and products are different.

A purchase is only complete once paid.
We need to received the payment within 7 days of the order unless a communication is made for delayed payment (maximum 14 days)
If there is no payment or communication after 7 days the order will be cancelled and the item will be re-listed 

Please NOTE - only UNWORN items and items not Smell of Perfume or Smoke are accepted for refund!

Exchange : Please do not open a case if you would like to exchange, instead, email us or text us asap so that I can hold the size you requested and send the item asap with  a note exchange to size ...with your name or eBay user name to speed up the process.

Return.: Please open a return request within 7 days of receiving the item.
We need to receive the garment within 14 days of receiving.
Refunds will be issued promptly minus postage.
Faulty items are refunded in full including return postage. I will not charge any more postage on exchange items.
Lost items are replaced where possible.
