This is an original vintage Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Scale Tail action figure. He is mint and still factory sealed on his 47 Back cardback. It has been graded by AFA and has received the grade of AFA 85 NM+. The subgrades are C80 B85 F85. This was made by Playmates in 1992. Checkout the other TMNT figures I have on Ebay.
