The plane depicted in this model is "White 7" as it was flown by an unknown pilot with the 1./SG (Schlachtgeschwader) 4, from Turin, Italy during 1944. This was the fighter bomber version of the Fw-190 developed after the Stuka proved unable to defend itself during the Battle of Britain.
