We will dispatch the item on the same day of payment received , Item will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Delivery, it normally takes 1-2 working days for the parcel to arrive, we will notify you by email once the item is dispatched.
Should you wish to return a non-faulty item; all items can be returned to us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be in a saleable condition and in the original packaging with all labels and tags still attached. Please allow up to 3 working days from receipt of your product to receive your refund.Should your item develop a fault, please contact us and we will endeavor to replace it. Should a direct replacement not be available, we will refund the value of the item to you. We are able to offer exchanges.The further postage cost will be applicable for the exchange. No return for any items including unwanted and faulty items after 7 days of purchase.
