Gorgeous Franklin Mint Doll "Scarlett's Potrait" Scarlett O'Hara" From "Gone With The Wind.  This piece is hand painted and crafted of fine porcelain.  This doll comes from The Franklin Mint Warehouse where they stored all of their prototype pieces and this doll could very well be one of the first pieces made of this design.  

Scarlett O'Hara doll has beautiful facial features, dark brunett hair color with pearl crown.  She has an exquisite off the shoulder deep cobalt blue/purple velour/velvet gown with matching beads.  Shoes are hand painted cobalt blue.  Comes with original base stand.

15" W x 16" D x 19" Tall.
