Well worn antique woodblock ink print on rice paper by Tsukioka Kōgyo, also known as Sakamaki Kōgyo (April 18, 1869 - February 25, 1927)    He was a Japanese artist of the Meiji period. The image is of a  perched kingfisher bird circa 1900. He's known primarily for images of  Noh theater and actors so this bird print is a little unusual for him.

There are condition issues on the medium itself. The paper was most likely trimmed to fit the frame which also shows some chipping and general wear. The paper is curled at some edges and has some folding and tearing.  DO NOT purchase this print unless the condition is acceptable to
you.

The image is intact as well as the signature. Still a nice picture that is over 100 years old.

Measures 11 x 11 in the frame. I'm happy to take more detailed pictures and answer any questions that you may have.

Picture will be shipped in frame so as not to disturb the print. I'll leave the re framing up to you if you so choose.
