Domestic Shipping
We offer standard Australia post shipping on all orders at a flat rate of $10. We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $250.
Dispatch and Delivery Times
Orders are sourced and dispatched nationwide. Alannah Hill endeavours to dispatch all orders within 2-5 business days of receiving the order. Some items are of limited stock and may take up to 10 business days to source. Customers will be notified of any dispatch delays.
Once your order is placed, we cannot cancel or amend it as we begin sourcing/packing right away. Please allow 10 working days for delivery during sale periods.
Items may be delivered to you individually and/or separately as they are fulfilled from different locations.
All domestic orders are dispatched via Australia Parcel Post. Please note that handling time is separate from the delivery time. Australia Parcel Post endeavour to deliver items within 3-10 business days.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries and highly recommend using a business address for delivery. For New Zealand orders we charge a flat rate of $15.
For ALL other countries we service, we charge a flat rate of $25.

Order Tracking

Sold Out items
We make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items shown on our eBay store. Occasionally, we do sell out of products before the site can be updated. If this should happen, you will receive an email indicating that a particular item you ordered is out of stock and we will offer you with a full refund
Product Care
Alannah Hill uses only the highest quality fabrics. However, due to their delicate nature, garment care instructions must be followed. Garments particularly intricate or delicate, may have special dry-cleaning requirements. We recommend you use only a trusted and reputable dry-cleaner.
Please note beads and sequins may also be lost or damaged if worn in conditions where continual rubbing occurs. Treat your Alannah Hill pieces with care and love!
Footwear
We recommend spraying footwear with the appropriate protector before wear.
Don't forget to check the top pieces on your heels regularly. They should not be allowed to wear down and should be replaced regularly.

Returns Policy
The Alannah Hill online store is happy to offer customers a refund on full price item's only.. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition with all labels / tags attached and returned within 14 days of receiving your product. Please note: we only accept items purchased online and proof of online purchase/order number must be filled out on the returns form.
Important: Returns will not be accepted without a completed returns form. Please DO NOT provide any other documents aside from the returns form.

You can raise a returns request within eBay. Find the item in My eBay under Purchase History and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu. Select the reason for return and submit. Once the item/s have been received and reviewed, you will a refund for the cost of the purchase (excluding original shipping cost). Refunds will be issued directly to the mode of payment used for the purchase. Email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.
The Alannah Hill online store is not liable for the loss of item being returned. Please refer to the Australia Post website for Terms and Conditions. We recommend using a trackable service and retaining your parcel lodgement receipt as this contains your tracking number.
Refunds
Refunds are only available on full priced items and will be processed using the original tender type that the riginal purchase was made with. Please do not provide credit card details on the returns form. Once you have been refunded, please allow up to 48 business hours for the funds to clear in your account. Please note, refunds are not available on sale items, ''Online Exclusives'' products or items purchased during a promotion.
Sale items: Sale items, items purchased during a promotion are non-refundable.
Faulty items: Should you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer service team on +613 8420 0388 and they will instruct you on how to return the item.
Exclusions to our Returns Policy: For hygiene and health reasons, we do not accept swimwear, earrings, hosiery, and hair accessories.
