Here we have a Hanimex A1/215 projector bulb. It was originally bought in the Eastbourne branch of Boots in Jan 1978. I know this as the receipt is still in the box! 

This looks like it has never been taken out of the box. The bulb is still in its original protective wrapping, so has never been used. I presume that this must still work, but as you can appreciate I cannot guarantee this, but I would be very disappointed if it does not work. The box itself is in pretty good shape and has a real retro look to it!

The last photograph in the series features a baked bean can (not part of the auction!) to give you a sense of scale.

I only charge the exact cost of postage (or very close to it). So, unlike quite a few sellers, I actually loose money on the postal side of the deal (I pay eBay and Paypal fees on it, plus tape etc). To keep my costs down, and help the environment, I use recycled boxes and packaging where at all possible. I also take a great pride in making sure that your item is VERY well packaged and arrives with you in great shape.

I aim to get parcels on their way to you the day of, or at the latest the next day after, payment has been received. I always update the listing with a shipping tracking number, so you know it has been dispatched.

If you purchase multiple items I will happily combine postal costs for you. So, if you have bought more than one item, please message me when the auctions are finished and I'll send you an invoice.

PLEASE NOTE: I am not geared up to post items abroad, BUT I have opted in to the eBay Global Shipping Program (which means they do the overseas shipping for me). So if this item is available to you via that, then GREAT, we'll let eBay do the work for us! If it is not (eBay excludes some items from this program), please don't bid as I CAN'T ship it to you!

As I am really just a hobbyist seller I only take Paypal. I would ask you to PLEASE pay promptly if you win as late, or even worse non-payments, cause me a lot of hassle and it is really not very fair on someone who is trying to offer the best service possible!!

I have always been a bit of a collector, but recently I have begun to sell as well. It is just a hobby and helps to fund some of my eBay purchases. I do not (and never will) make any kind of living out of it! Blimey, I'd starve to death if I ever tried!
