98% Mint. I have played it for 2 years (original owner) so there is bound to be something extremely small that I can not find. Frets, neck, finish, electronics,  action....all perfect. Excellent example of a 000-28 with the 1933 Ambertone finish.  In Martin original hard shell case. 

Always kept in case humidified when not being played.
