Here I have a used zoom lens in good condition, very fast, C-mount, can be used with mirrorless cameras (with the correct adapter), such as Panasonic GH2, GH3, GH4, GH5, Blackmagic BMPCC, BMMCC, Pentax Q series plus others.

This lens won't cover the whole sensor in the cameras I have mentioned above. I am including a 2x extender which enables the lens to cover the sensor on the BMPCC and maybe some of the other cameras, the only downside is that you lose one stop of light (or aperture setting) but as this lens is so very fast, the f1.2 becomes effectively an f1.8 , which is still very fast for a zoom lens. Remember you will still require the relevant mounting adapter for c-mount for your camera.

Please make sure the lens is suitable for your camera before buying as i do not accept returns if it's not.

I can't see any fungus, There is some flecks of dust inside, but it is a very usable and I wouldn't think it will affect the captured image too much as it is deep behind the front element and probably beyond whatever is being focused upon, apart from that there is no major damage, no chips or scratches to lens elements and the body is in excellent condition.
