Offered here for your consideration is vintage steel sliding ruler caliper tool. I am not a tool expert so I will do my best to describe it. The tool is 7.25" long. On the front side it has SteelCraft on the head part of the tool. On the back side on the bottom side of the ruler is Germany. I've taken several pictures so you can see the mechanism of the tool works and adjusts. It is a vintage used tool so don't expect it to be pristine. It has age and/or soiling discoloration, surface scratches, rubs and some rust. Nothing too bad, but it is there and I try my best to list all that I see or find. Besides regular measurements, I think it may have centimeters and possibly millimeters as at the top it has three sets of lines. The top is 0-32, the middle 0-5 inch and the bottom 0-16.
