Shipping Details

Orders received by 3:00pm will be sent the same day (Monday to Friday). Economy delivery items are sent using Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class postal services. Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day for 1st Class (Monday to Saturday) and in two to three working days for 2nd Class (Monday to Saturday). These times are an estimate and please be aware that Royal Mail do not consider an item as being lost until 15 working days have elapsed since the item being sent. Express delivery items are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm and delivery is made next working day (Monday to Friday) by 1:00pm and a signature is required. Express delivery for delivery on Saturday is available and incurs an additional charge (from Royal Mail) - please contact us to arrange this (preferably before purchase of item).
 

All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Proof of the date of receipt may be required. All items shall be refunded in full including the buyers original postage costs charged by the seller at the point of sale. Any costs for postage incurred by the buyer to return the goods will not be refunded though exceptions may be made at the discretion of the seller. Any items lost in transit within the return process will be the responsibility of the buyer and under these circumstances the item will not be refunded. No returns policy is offered to items purchased outside the UK and are shipped at buyers own risk.
