Listed is a vintage, new in box, Home Beautiful (RE100/009) Snow Flower design two tier tidbit glass serving tray.  The tag on bottom tray says Hoya Corporation.  Bottom tray is 12" across and the top tray is 8" across.  I did not open hardware to put together, but bottom center rod is 4" and top handle rod is 5".  Please ask any questions.
