About Us:

We have been trading since 1995 and operate from 3 retails stores in Chorley and 2 etail websites, nigelclare.com for designer menswear and Maidensladieswear.com for designer ladieswear, shoes and handbags. All items for sale via our 2 eBay stores are 100% genuine and authentic, they are only for sale at such low prices as they will either be one of our last pieces or is from a previous season. We are official authorised dealers for all the stock we hold and this can be confirmed with the brands themselves. Check out our Feedback to see for yourself.

PayPal Payments Policy

• NCM Clothing request that all customers have a fully verified PayPal account
• If your Paypal account or your PayPal address is unverified then NCM Clothing will at its discretion request that the customer verifies the PayPal account or make an alternative payment method
• Should a customer make payment with a unverified Paypal account or address then NCM Clothing will at its discretion require that the customer obtain verified Paypal status before goods are dispatched
• Should a customer decide not to or is unable to verify the PayPal account then NCM Clothing will return the Paypal funds to the original payee and then will have to make alternative payment arrangement

Delivery

• See P&P and payments for shipping costs
• UK deliveries allow 2-3 days, International allow 5-7 days
• Payments received after 2pm on a Friday thru Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday.

Returns & Refunds

• We accept the return of our goods with in 7 days from receipt and where applicable in their original box/packaging with all paper & tags attached and the item is unworn.
• We complete a visual inspection of every item sold prior to dispatch, but in the unlikely event of a fault, wrong size or colour received then we will aim to provide a replacement were possible and reimburse the customer with return postage costs. If an exchange is unavailable or not wanted then we will also refund the Buy it now / Auction price & original postage costs
• For items which have been purchased and are the wrong size/fit, the customer is liable for the return postage costs back to NCM Clothing for an exchange / refund for shoes / item only where our free postage promotion is not in place
• In periods of a free postage promotion then the full refund will be given
• If the customer requests an exchange, they will have to cover the additional postage costs of £4.95 for the item being returned to them next day service either by Courier or first class recorded signed-for
• All returns should be sent to: NCM Clothing Returns, 10-14 High Street, Chorley PR7 1DN. Prior to returning an item, please request a return by visiting the eBay Resolution centre and following the prompts.
• When returning an item, please include your original order information
• We cannot accept responsibility for loss when returning items to us so you must send them adequately insured.
