Beautiful and all original vintage Lorenzen Salt and Pepper
Shakers. One measures 2 1/4" inches in height by 2 1/4" inches in
diameter in the middle and second one 2 1/8 x 2 1/8". Made by Ernst and Alma Lorenzen in the 1950's.
The glaze of this pottery is a beautiful black speckle on a pink base
with a green and pink floral design in front. Very 1950's looking in classic 50's modern design. One of the better and more desirable examples of this form.
They are signed "Lorenzen Lantz N.S" on
the bottom.
Condition is excellent + with very fresh colors and no chips or
cracks. Overall they stand out beautifully and would certainly make a great
addition to any vintage art pottery memorabilia collection.
