This is the first one of these that I have ever seen, in person.  Its is nice condition, though not perfect.  The focus ring is firm, but moves, the optics are clean and scratch free.  No fungus noted.  Built-in rotating tripod collar.   It comes with 3 screw-in filters (front).  One is clear, one is orange, and the third appears to be ND.  They are marked on them, but I can't read Russian.  It is supplied with hood, front and rear caps, and carrying case.  Others on Ebay have listed similar lenses as Rubinars, I'm just not sure.  Shipping weight is 6 lbs.  E-mail for International postage quote.
