Diese Beschichtung ist funktional gesehen notwendig, nämlich nicht nur um einen sauberen optischen Eindruck zu haben, sondern auch um eine grifffeste Oberfläche für einen optimalen Cue-Betrieb zu ermöglichen.

At most of the EMT record players the coating of the platter has suffered over the course of the years of operation. This coating is functionally necessary, not only to have a clean optical impression but also to provide a gripping surface for optimal cue operation.



Den hier angebotenen Plattenteller aus dem Hause Studiotechnik Dusch (siehe unsere Webseite) gibt es nun im Austausch mit neuer Beschichtung in der gleichen Technologie, wie sie original auch vom Werk geliefert wurde.
Nach Anliefern ihres alten Plattentellers erhalten Sie einen neu beschichteten Plattenteller im Austausch  zugesandt.

The platter here offered by Studiotechnik Dusch (see our website) has a new coating in the same technology as originally delivered by the factory and is now available in exchange for your used platter.
After delivering your old used platter, you will receive a new coated platter in exchange.

Wechselanleitung:

1. Falls nicht schon geschehen, entriegeln Sie den Puck durch Linksdrehen, wonach er per Federkraft nach oben kommen sollte.

2. Entfernen Sie drei Befestigungsschrauben der Abdeckscheibe und nehmen durch Nachobenziehen des Puck-Oberteils die Abdeckscheibe inkl. Puck-Oberteil vom Plattenteller ab.

3. Drehen Sie die darunter liegenden drei Schrauben innerhalb des Puck-Unterteils heraus, wonach  der Plattenteller vorsichtig  nach oben von der Achse abgezogen werden kann.

Changeover Instruction: 

1. If not already done, unlock the puck by turning it to the left, whereupon it should spring upwards.

2. Remove three mounting screws from the cover plate and remove the puck upper part incl.  the cover plate from the platter by pulling the puck upper part upwards.

3. Unscrew the three screws underneath, inside the puck base, after which the platter can be pulled from the axis upwards carefully.
