A beauty with a famous name: the Eidoscope which was first produced by Hermagis and later by Berthiot Som Paris. This lens was the tool for professional photographers around the world around late 19th and early 20th century. With a focal lenght of 275mm it offers a very nice lenght for portraits in 5x7 and 8x10 format. It comes with perfect clear glass, the aperture moves supersmooth and a fitting flange.

The Eidoscope is famous for its pleasing soft focus (sharp image with soft rendering) imaging wide open. As the french ads read that time:
"l'Eidoscope ne photographie pas, il dessine!" (it doesnt take images, it draws them!).

I have 100% positive feedback and try to maintain a lasting seller byuer relationship. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
