PAYMENTS: Payment in full, including shipping costs as stated in the listing, are due within 4 days of the end of the auction. A non-paying bidder complaint will be filed with Ebay on the 4th day and the item will be relisted. This means that if we have to file non-paying bidder, the item will not be sold to you even if you make payment. We will refund any payment made once a non-paying bidder complaint has been filed.
The only method of payment that is accepted is PAYPAL.
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once payment has been received.
The buyer will be responsible for any shipping fees or recovery costs associated with an undeliverable address.
SHIPPING POLICIES: Items will ship within 3 business day of receipt of payment. If paying by e-check, item will ship within 3 business day of your check clearing.
We normally ship via USPS, but reserve the right to select the shipping company on all shipments. You will received tracking information once the package has been prepared. All items are shipped with delivery confirmation.
All items with a selling price of $250 or more are shipped with delivery confirmation and signature required. If there is nobody at your shipping address when the shipper attempts delivery of the item and they leave you a notice on how to arrange re-delivery or pick-up from them and you do not follow their instruction, please understand that the item may be returned to me by the shipper and you will be responsible for paying shipping costs again before I will reship the item.
We will only ship to the address listed on the PAYPAL payment. Please do not ask that we ship to a different address. We will not be able to honor those requests.
All sales offer a 14 day return policy IF THE ITEM IS NOT AS DESCRIBED, unless the listing specifically states that the item is being sold AS-IS. The buyer must contact us as soon as possible regarding any issues / problems. If there is a legitimate discrepancy between the item and the auction/photographs, we will authorize the return.
ITEM CONDITION: All items we sell are used unless otherwise stated. Most of our items are purchased at auctions and estate sales and we have no way to know whether they come from a smoking and/or pet free home. Our photographs show EXACTLY what is included in the auction.
PHOTOGRAPHS: Photographs used in my listings are of the actual item being sold. I take all of my own photos for my listings in order to make sure you get the opportunity to see exactly what you are bidding on. If there is ever a view that you would want to see in addition to what is listed, please contact me with your e-mail address and I will be happy to provide them for you.
We work very hard to test (as much as possible) every item that we list and to give full and accurate descriptions of our items. Most of our items come from auctions or estate sales and are used and/or vintage items.
If you encounter a problem with a purchase, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. We will do everything we can to work something out with you.
