Shipping
Domestic & International Postage is always fully insured to the purchase value of the item.
International
deliveries will be sent Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.
This service aims to deliver within 10 working days. However, I have
no control over Customs & Excise and deliveries may take longer.
I will not send purchases without any tracking as this invalidates any EBay/Paypal insurance.
Combined postage will be applied for multiple purchases, please contact me to have this applied once you have bought the items.
Returns
Returns
are accepted within 30 days of delivery (by agreement if
International). Goods must be returned in condition sent i.e. box, tags
and labels (and must be original item sent). Please
note proof of postage does not equal proof of delivery. Please message me if you wish to return the item as soon as possible after receipt.
Whilst I try to describe items as accurately as possible, these descriptions are subjective. Accept where stock photos are used for new items, all photos are of the actual items available for sale.
If
you have any issues after receipt of your purchase then please email me
and I will try to address these as quickly and professionally as
possible.
