Returns Policy
If you wish to return an item to us please do so
within 14 days of receipt as long as the product is not worn/used with all tags
attached. Please send a message to our eBay account telling us you wish to
return an item, we will then send you a message with all the relevant
information you will need. All items must be returned to us in the original
condition with original packaging, suitable for re –sale.
We do advise you to send your parcel to us using a
tracking service i.e. 1st Class Recorded Delivery. This service will provide
you with a tracking number which will help you track your parcel. Please always
check that the parcel has been delivered to us through the online track and
trace service provided by the postal service, before you ring customer services
as the parcel is your responsibility until it is delivered to us. Please note
the postage certificate is not a proof that the item was delivered to us.
