Vgc for item of its age. One small chip top right corner (cosmetic) screen great. Usual scratches on back. V slight discolouration on clickwheel (may come off with vigorous cleaning) battery holds charge, filled this up with music and then factory reset. Fully working. A very good example of a used iPod classic
