VINTAGE DINKY TOYS: WW II 88mm GERMAN MOBILE GUN (IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING - GREAT SHAPE)!

This auction is for an extremely hard to find and very nice Dinky Toys WW II die-cast mobile gun.

Released as part of Dinky Toys Military Series.  This piece was produced by Meccano Ltd. in England between 1975 to 1979.

This is a very detailed German World War II mobile artillery piece.  This piece features removable axles, swing down legs, full rotation and elevation and can fire small plastic shells.

The packaging is sealed and appears to have not been opened before. This is hard to tell, as the tabs on the bottom do not appear to have any wear.  There are faded tape marks on the sides of the bottom of the packaging, so I am not sure if this piece was ever removed from the packaging.  Please judge for yourself before bidding.

The gun itself looks great and does not appear to have any wear.  The plastic artillery shells are inside the packaging along with 2 stickers with the number 4 on them - see pictures.

The bottom cardboard packaging in in very good condition.  The plastic shell has yellowed and has splits and tears on the bottom corners. Overall the packaging is in good condition considering the age of this piece.
