Before buying an item or putting in an offer please make sure you are able to pay.
Please pay within 2 days of sales. If it will take you longer to come up with the payment please inform me beforehand.
A case will be opened when an item is not paid within the agreed 2 days. An exception can be made when you inform me, so we may agree on a different timescale for the payment.
I normally post items out on the same day as I receive the payment. I definitely will post within 3 working days.
If for whatever reason I won't be able to post items out within the promised 3 working days I will notify the buyer within 48hours of the purchase.
Changing your mind / returns
It is our aim to provide you with the right product. We try to make the descriptions as clear as possible, however in the unlikely event that an item falls short of your expectation it is possible to return the item.
In the case that an item is not as described, we sent you the wrong size or the wrong item we will take full responsibility and will issue a full refund.
In the case that you change your mind, don't like the item, it doesn't fit etc. we will still accept returns however we won't refund postage and we will also take an administration fee of £5 or 10% of the item (with a maximum of £25) which ever is the greatest.
