Wheels are 3pc construction

3pc construction means the faces can be unbolted and removed for easy rebuild or restore

Wheels are used so marks and scratches are to be expected.

Wheels have some oxidation and could use a good cleaning

Lip and barrel can be split apart by any local machine shop or handy friend with a grinder
